Charge
Develop a plan, with short and long-term strategies, to financially sustain the Parks and Recreation Department. The strategies should result in enabling the department to improve existing facilities and programs, develop new facilities and to continue to offer quality programs and services that are accessible and affordable. The strategies should include considerations of partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships.
