The current price of refuse items are as follows:

How do I prepare my refuse for collection?
Refuse not exceeding 30 pounds is to be placed within a disposable plastic bag (not larger than 30 gallons) or cardboard box. Any refuse to be disposed of must have one of these:

What day will my refuse be collected?
Refuse in your area is always picked up on the same day every week. To see what day your collection falls on, check out our refuse collection calendar. City collection is usually delayed one day following these holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Since holidays fall on different days every year, it is advisable to call the Streets and Sanitation Department at 456-3232 to confirm if a one-day delay in service will occur. Regardless, all refuse must be placed at your refuse collection point by 7:00 a.m. on collection day.

- Refuse Bags and Tags: Fire Stations, City Treasures Office, Supermarkets and Neighborhood Stores.
- Refuse Carts: Streets and Sanitation Department at 201 Market Ave. SW.
