City Phone System Outage - Note change of date:
On Tuesday, February 16, 2010 the City phone sytem will not be able to receive incoming phone calls from 6 pm until 10 pm. Those needing a Jittney Ride must call the temporary number 616-446-4005. This number is for February 16, only.
The much anticipated opening of the Weston Commerce Parking Ramp is upon us. This joint effort between public and private interests, which resulted in an interior parking structure owned by the city and residential/commercial liner buildings on the street at 38 Commerce Ave SW, has become a model for future collaboration.
Monthly Rate $120.00 (space guaranteed from 7 am until 6 pm)
Residential and reserved parking spaces at available at a higher rate.

VIP Evening Parking Cards
VIP parking is now a permanent program! For the low cost of $15 per month park between 5 pm and 6 am at Pearl and Ionia Parking Ramp (location F on the map), Cherry Commerce Parking Ramp (location U on the map), or Monroe Center Parking Ramps (location H on the map).
To participate in this program please complete the following forms (click on the form to view and print) and bring, fax, e mail or USPS mail to Grand Rapids Parking Services Offices. Please indicate your location of choice for the parking card. To pick up your card - park in the Ottawa Fulton Parking Ramp (location J on the map) or we'll mail it to you!

Free Parking
Monroe Center Ramp offers one hour free parking to visitors entering prior to 6 pm Monday through Saturday.
Parking Meters are enforced Monday through Friday from 8 am until 5 pm. Parking Meters on Monroe Center are enforced on Saturday from 8 am until 5 pm.
Parking meters are free after 5 pm - unless they are marked as enforced.

Gas Prices Got You Down??
The Interurban Transit Partnership / The Rapid (ITP) has a van pool program. For a monthly fee, ITP furnishes a van, gas, insurance, car washes, and routine maintenance. Minimum participation of four persons is required.
Grand Rapids Parking Services will provide FREE parking to ITP van pool customers.
