Reserved monthly parking rate - $172.50
Monthly parking rate - space guaranteed Monday - Friday 7 am - 6 pm - $120.00
Daily parking is $1.00 per half hour to a $9.00 daily maximum
Event (arrive after 6 pm) parking $7.00

VIP Evening Parking Cards
VIP parking is now a permanent program! For the low cost of $16 per month park between 5 pm and 6 am at Pearl and Ionia Parking Ramp (location K on the map), Cherry Commerce Parking Ramp (location V on the map), Weston Commerce Parking Ramp (location U on the map) or Monroe Center Parking Ramps (location M on the map).
To participate in this program please complete the following forms (click on the form to view and print) and bring, fax, e mail or USPS mail to Grand Rapids Parking Services Offices. Please indicate your location of choice for the parking card. To pick up your card - park in the Ottawa Fulton Parking Ramp (location N on the map) or we'll mail it to you!

Monroe Center 100 Spaces
Pearl Ionia 100 Spaces
Weston Commerce 100 Space

Questions on Parking Tickets
Free Parking
Monroe Center Ramp offers one hour free parking to visitors entering prior to 6 pm Monday through Saturday.
Parking Meters are enforced Monday through Friday from 8 am until 5 pm. Parking Meters on Monroe Center are also enforced on Saturday from 8 am until 5 pm. On street parking is free all day on Sunday and City holidays.
Parking meters are free after 5 pm - unless they are marked as enforced.
Gas Prices Got You Down??
The Interurban Transit Partnership / The Rapid (ITP) has a van pool program. For a monthly fee, ITP furnishes a van, gas, insurance, car washes, and routine maintenance. Minimum participation of four persons is required.
Grand Rapids Parking Services will provide FREE parking to ITP van pool customers.
